Ritual

s of Vajrayana Buddhism Vajrayana Buddhism is an esoteric, inner form of Buddhism that incorporates rituals to help practitioners achieve enlightenment, or to access and engage with the divine in their own lives. These rituals often involve meditative practices, such as breathing and visualization, and may include chanting, mudras (ritual hand gestures), visualization of Buddhas and deities, and the use of mandalas and mantras (sacred syllables). Through these rituals, Vajrayana Buddhists are able to develop deep insights into their own consciousness and the nature of reality. They can also access a greater awareness of the divine and explore and interact with the teachings of the Buddha in a much deeper, more meaningful way. By using these rituals, practitioners can ultimately benefit from a closer relationship with the divine and a greater understanding of the path to enlightenment.
