Hemostatics
Hemostatics are substances that help prevent or stop bleeding by facilitating the clotting of the blood. They are used in medical procedures, such as surgery, to prevent excessive bleeding and ensure the success of the procedure. By facilitating the clotting of the blood, hemostatics speed up the healing process and reduce the risk of post-operative complications. In addition, they can also be used to treat patients with bleeding disorders. Hemostatics are also effective in reducing the risk of blood loss associated with trauma and childbirth. As such, they are essential tools in the medical field and can help save lives.
