Schiff's Disease
Schiff's Disease, also known as Leukocytoclastic Vasculitis, is a chronic skin disorder that causes inflammation of the small blood vessels. This disorder is characterized by the development of raised red patches that contain white blood cells. These patches are usually itchy and can cause pain and swelling in affected areas. The exact cause of Schiff's Disease is unknown, but it is thought to be caused by an underlying autoimmune disorder or an allergic reaction. Treatment consists of the use of anti-inflammatory medications, topical steroid creams, and avoidance of known triggers such as certain foods, medications, and infections. Schiff's Disease is a serious skin disorder that can lead to significant skin damage if left untreated. Early diagnosis and treatment are essential for controlling symptoms and preventing long-term complications.
