Hpv-31

Human Papillomavirus type 31 (HPV-31) is a strain of virus which is one of many known to cause cervical cancers and other illnesses in humans. HPV-31 is capable of infecting the genital tract as well as other areas of the body and is spread through sexual contact or other types of direct contact. Clinical diagnosis is done through testing for the presence of HPV-31 in the body. Vaccination has been developed in the past decade to help reduce the chance of transmission and contraction of HPV-31. It is important to get regular screenings done in order to detect any changes in the body related to the presence of HPV-31. Doing so can help reduce the potential risk of developing cancer due to the virus.
