Mental Health Counseling
Mental health counseling is a critical resource for addressing mental and emotional challenges throughout life. It is the practice of providing psychological and therapeutic support services to individuals, couples, and families to promote mental and emotional well-being. Counselors use a variety of evidence-based interventions and strategies to assess and treat challenges related to mood, behavior, relationships, and physical health. Through counseling, clients can gain insight into their difficulties, increase coping skills and self-awareness, and develop healthy habits that can improve their overall quality of life.
