Nursing Records

Nursing records are a critical part of patient care in healthcare settings. They are used to document observations, medical interventions, treatments, and any other relevant information related to a patient's care. Nurses use nursing records to ensure that all patient care is documented accurately and completely. Nursing records also help nurses better track and understand the progress of patients over time, as well as provide evidence based on which to make decisions about patient care. In addition, nursing records provide a valuable source of data for research purposes, helping to improve the quality of healthcare services.
