's Exercise Children's Exercise is a critical factor for long-term health and well-being. Engaging in regular physical activity can help kids maintain a healthy weight, build strong muscles and bones, reduce risk of chronic disease, and develop important life skills such as coordination and self-confidence. Additionally, regular physical activity can help kids cope with stress and have improved mental health. Parents and guardians should encourage kids to be physically active for at least 60 minutes most days of the week.
