Glycosylamines
Glycosylamines are sugar-derived molecules that have a wide variety of uses. In particular, they are used in drug delivery and nanomaterial synthesis as they are able to attach to proteins and small nanoparticles in order to transport them through the body. Additionally, glycosylamines can be used as surfactants and catalysts, as well as for coating surfaces in order to make them more resistant to water and bacteria. The significance of glycosylamines is that they can be used to improve drug delivery and nanomaterial synthesis, as well as to offer enhanced protection for surfaces.
