Physiology

Physiology is the study of the functions and processes of living organisms. It is a critical field of study that helps us better understand our bodies and the complex mechanisms that keep them functioning. It looks at how our body works on a molecular, cellular, and organ-level as well as the impacts of hormones, behavior, and environment on our physiology. Through this understanding, we are able to improve diagnostics and treatments for diseases and develop new therapies. Additionally, it is used to improve nutrition and quality of life through behavioral and lifestyle changes.
