Fibrocystic Breast

Disease Fibrocystic breast disease is a condition that affects a significant portion of women around the world. It is characterized by lumpy, painful, and tender breasts, which often become worse before one’s menstrual period. While the condition is not cancerous, it can be very uncomfortable, and can make self-examinations of the breasts difficult. Fortunately, treatments and lifestyle changes can help reduce the symptoms of fibrocystic breast disease. These treatments include massage techniques, over-the-counter medications, dietary changes, and exclusion of caffeine from one's diet. Understanding and addressing this condition is important for maintaining breast health and comfort.
