Mesenchymal Stromal Cells
Mesenchymal Stromal Cells (MSCs) are a type of stem cell derived from a variety of adult tissues. MSCs can differentiate into many different cell types, including bone, cartilage, and fat, making them a potentially powerful tool for regenerative medicine. Additionally, MSCs have been studied for their potential to modulate the immune system and may be used to treat autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. MSCs are also being studied for their ability to treat a variety of conditions such as Parkinson’s disease, traumatic brain injury, heart disease, metabolic disorders, and arthritis. Therefore, MSCs are an important tool for the advancement of medical research and development.
