Joints and Bones

Joints and bones are the two building blocks of the human body. Together, they are responsible for providing movement and stability, as well as supporting and protecting our internal organs. They are made of specialized tissues and minerals that provide strength, flexibility and durability. Joints are the connections between bones and allow us to bend, twist and rotate our limbs, while bones are rigid and strong enough to support our weight. An understanding of joints and bones is essential to maintain health, diagnose diseases and treat any injury. Regular exercise and a balanced diet are essential in keeping our joints and bones healthy and allow us to move and perform everyday activities with ease.
