Urinalysis

Urinalysis is an analysis of the physical and chemical properties of a urine sample. It is an important diagnostic tool used to assess a person's health. Urinalysis can detect and measure substances such as sugar, protein, creatinine, red and white blood cells, bacteria, and other microscopic particles. It can be used to diagnose a variety of conditions such as urinary tract infections, kidney problems, and diabetes. Additionally, urinalysis can be used to detect the presence of drugs or alcohol in the body. Urinalysis is a useful tool to monitor the effectiveness of treatments, such as those for kidney disease, and to evaluate overall kidney function.
