Bioaerosols
Bioaerosols are tiny particles or droplets suspended in air that contain biological materials, such as bacteria, fungi, and viruses. These particles can be generated from natural sources, such as pollen or dust, or from human activities, such as agricultural practices or industrial processes. Bioaerosols are important as they can act as a medium for the transmission of disease-causing organisms, and therefore have a significant impact on human health, particularly in enclosed or indoor environments. They may also affect air quality, particularly in densely inhabited areas. As such, bioaerosols can be studied in order to better understand their sources and impacts, as well as to identify control strategies and technologies that can reduce their effects on human health and the environment.
