Pulmonology

Pulmonology is a branch of medicine that deals with the diagnosis and treatment of diseases and conditions of the lungs and respiratory system. It is an important discipline that plays an integral role in maintaining the health of individuals. Pulmonologists also provide preventive care, including vaccinations and annual check ups, to help people keep their lungs healthy. Pulmonology plays a key role in diagnosing and treating conditions that can have serious health consequences for individuals, as well as helping people to protect their lungs from further damage.
