Juvenile Diabetes
Juvenile Diabetes, also known as Type 1 Diabetes, is a chronic condition in which the pancreas is unable to produce enough insulin to regulate blood sugar levels. This causes an increase in the amount of glucose in the blood, leading to a range of potential health complications. It most commonly affects children, however, can also appear in adults. Treatment options for Juvenile Diabetes include a combination of lifestyle modifications, such as regular exercise, a healthy diet and the effective use of insulin therapy. With proper management of the condition, complications can be prevented or reduced and the patient can live a long and healthy life.
