Genomics
Genomics is the science of analyzing the complete genetic makeup of an organism. It helps us find out how an organism's genes influence its behaviour, growth, and response to its environment, in addition to providing new insights into the evolution and diversity of life. Genomics is playing an increasingly important role in medical research, as it helps researchers understand genetic diseases, develop new treatments and cures, and tailor treatments to an individual's genetic makeup. It is also helping us make better decisions about food production, conservation, and other aspects of the environment.
