Play Therapy
Play therapy is a type of psychotherapy used to help children cope with difficult emotions and experiences. It involves allowing children to express themselves through play, using toys, dolls, and other materials to recreate real-life situations. By allowing children to engage in play, the therapist can provide a safe and supportive environment for them to express their thoughts and feelings. Play therapy has been found to be an effective intervention for reducing symptoms of anxiety, depression, and trauma in children, as well as aiding in their overall mental and emotional growth. It can also be used to help improve communication and social relationships, build coping skills, and increase self-esteem.
