Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is a form of psychotherapy used to induce a state of deep relaxation and focused attention to help make positive changes in behaviour, thought, or emotion. It is used to treat a variety of psychological, physical, and emotional issues such as addiction, weight loss, stress, and phobias. A hypnotherapist uses verbal guidance and suggestion to help access a person's subconscious thoughts and can help to create alternate thought patterns and behaviours. It is a safe, non-invasive therapy that is becoming increasingly accepted and used in many medical and healthcare fields. By using hypnotherapy, people can gain clarity and insight, develop new habits and behaviours, and rediscover a sense of control over their lives.

Behavioral therapy is an action-based therapy for positive behavior change. Other therapies tend to be more focused on delving into the past. In behavioral therapy, the past is still important as it often reveals where and when the unwanted behavior was learned, however it looks more so at present behavior and ways in which it can be rectified.
