Gestalt
Psychology Gestalt Psychology is a school of thought that focuses on how people perceive, understand, and interact with the world around them. It sees the whole of experience as more than just the sum of its parts, and emphasizes how people organize and perceive information to make sense of their environment. It looks at how aspects such as shape, size, and color are organized, as well as how the whole is greater than the individual. Gestalt Psychology has been widely used in fields such as advertising, design, architecture, and education. Its principles have had a long-lasting impact on education, research, and other areas of study, and it is an important addition to the field of psychology.

Behavioral therapy is an action-based therapy for positive behavior change. Other therapies tend to be more focused on delving into the past. In behavioral therapy, the past is still important as it often reveals where and when the unwanted behavior was learned, however it looks more so at present behavior and ways in which it can be rectified.
