Drama Therapy
Drama therapy is an evidence-based form of psychotherapy that uses theatrical techniques to help individuals make positive changes in their lives. It assists clients in exploring their emotions, thoughts, and experiences in a safe, creative, and supportive environment. Drama therapy has been used to help those struggling with mental health issues, trauma, addiction, and other life challenges. It can also be used to facilitate healing and growth, improve communication, enhance self-expression, and develop problem-solving skills. Through role-playing, improvisation, storytelling, and other theatrical activities, drama therapy aims to facilitate shifts in behavior, attitude, and belief as well as personal growth and self-awareness.
