Anxiolytics
Anxiolytics are a class of medications used to treat anxiety disorders. These medications help to alleviate the symptoms of anxiety, such as racing heart rate, feeling on edge, and difficulty calming down. Behavioral therapy is an action-based therapy for positive behavior change. Other therapies tend to be more focused on delving into the past. In behavioral therapy, the past is still important as it often reveals where and when the unwanted behavior was learned, however it looks more so at present behavior and ways in which it can be rectified.
