Intoeing
Intoeing is a common gait disorder which causes an individual's feet to turn inward when walking or running. This condition is caused by a variety of factors, including muscle or bone deformities, joint contractures, or neurological issues. Intoeing can lead to a number of potential problems, including increased risk of falls, increased fatigue, and decreased balance. Treatment for intoeing includes physical therapy, orthotics, and corrective shoes or braces. With early detection and treatment, the risks associated with intoeing can be minimized.
