Ankle Arthritis
Ankle arthritis is a painful and disabling joint disorder typically seen in adults, caused by breakdown of cartilage that cushions the joints. It can cause pain, swelling, stiffness, and limited motion. Common treatments for ankle arthritis include anti-inflammatory medications, physical therapy, lifestyle modifications, and joint injections. In severe cases, surgery may be necessary to help reduce pain, improve joint function, and restore mobility.
