Tui Na

Tui Na is a form of massage-based traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) that is used for therapeutic purposes. It works to stimulate the flow of qi (the body's vital energy) and improve overall health and wellbeing. Tui Na involves applying pressure to specific pathways in the body, known as meridians, and specific acupoints. This helps to restore balance to the body and releases tension and blockages. Tui Na can be used to treat a range of physical and mental health conditions, including pain, inflammation, fatigue, headaches, anxiety, and depression. It can also help to reduce stress and improve overall health. Tui Na is an effective and safe form of natural therapy with a long history of use in TCM.
