Neurostimulation
Neurostimulation is a technique that uses electricity or magnetic waves to stimulate different areas of the brain. It is used as a form of treatment to improve a variety of neurological conditions, including epilepsy, chronic pain, depression and anxiety. It has been found to improve symptoms and provide patients with better quality of life. Neurostimulation has also been used in the field of neuroscience research, to better understand the neural pathways that control our thoughts and behaviors.
