Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy is a holistic healthcare practice, using natural plant extracts, known as essential oils, for physical, psychological and spiritual well-being. The essential oils are extracted from the flowers, leaves, roots, bark and fruit of plants, and have been used throughout history for their therapeutic benefits. The technique of inhaling essential oils can be used to help reduce stress, depression, insomnia, headaches, muscle aches and digestive issues. Aromatherapy can also be used to stimulate the senses, cleanse and purify a space, provide physical rejuvenation, and support psychological and emotional healing. Aromatherapy can be used alone or in combination with other holistic treatments and can be tailored to each individual person's needs.
