Headache

A headache is a common and often debilitating medical condition that affects the head, face, and sometimes the neck. It is characterized by a sensation of pain in the head and can range from mild to severe. Headaches typically arise due to changes in the activity of the brain, blood vessels and nerves surrounding the head, or because of psychological or emotional issues. They can be caused by a variety of factors, including stress, dehydration, lack of sleep, and certain medications. Treatments for headaches vary depending on the cause and severity, but may include medication, lifestyle changes, physical therapy, and relaxation techniques.
