Diarrhea

Diarrhea is the passage of loose and watery stools, usually more than 3 times in one day. It is a common digestive problem and can be caused by a variety of conditions, such as viral and bacterial infections, food poisoning, or a reaction to certain medications. Diarrhea is an important health concern, as it can lead to dehydration and nutrient deficiencies if left untreated. In order to help manage diarrhea, a balanced diet and plenty of fluids should be consumed. Additionally, medications like loperamide may also be used to help stop the diarrhea. To prevent diarrhea, it is important to practice good hygiene, such as washing hands before meals, and to cook and store food properly.
