Body Aches
Body aches are a common symptom of many medical conditions and occur when muscles, joints, or other areas of the body experience pain or discomfort. Some of the most common causes of body aches include infections, viruses, and injuries. Body aches can also be a sign of mental or emotional distress, such as stress and anxiety. The best way to treat body aches is to identify and address the underlying cause. For example, if the body aches are due to an infection, proper treatment with antibiotics may be necessary.
