Wheat

Wheat is a cereal grain commonly used as a food source across the globe. It is a major source of nutrition for more than one third of the world population, providing essential vitamins and minerals as well as dietary fiber. In addition to being used in traditional breads and pastries, wheat is also used to produce breakfast cereals, pasta, noodles, flour and many other food products. It is also used to make beer and certain industrial alcohols. The importance of wheat in modern society cannot be overstated, and its versatility as a food source is unmatched.
