Plant Diseases
Plant diseases are a major issue for growers and gardeners. They can cause stunted growth, wilting, rotting, discoloration and other symptoms. Many plant diseases are caused by fungi, bacteria or viruses. Plant diseases can be managed through cultural practices such as crop rotation, proper irrigation, application of fungicides and proper sanitation. Prevention and management of plant diseases is important to maintain healthy plants, and to reduce losses in crop yields and food production.
