Dairy Science & Technology

Dairy Science & Technology is the study of farming, processing, and production of dairy products. It includes the study of raw materials, maintenance, and safety of dairy products, as well as the study of the sensory, nutritional, and functional properties of dairy products. This field of science is important as it helps to ensure the safety and quality of dairy products, and its uses include researching the health benefits of dairy foods, creating new and improved dairy products, and developing new processes and methods of production.
