Agrochemicals
Agrochemicals are chemical compounds used to protect crops and soil against pests, diseases and weeds. They can also improve soil fertility, yield, and quality of agricultural products. Agrochemicals play a major role in sustainable and productive farming as they can reduce crop losses, reduce labor costs, and increase yields. They are also an important part of integrated pest management to reduce the use of synthetic pesticides. Furthermore, agrochemicals can be used to reduce the environmental impact of agricultural production and the effects of climate change. Agrochemicals are essential for the production of safe, high-quality food and have significant implications for human nutrition, food security, and economic development.
