Agriculture Economics
Agriculture Economics is the application of economic principles, theories and tools to the study and analysis of the production, consumption and marketing of agricultural goods, services, and resources. It examines how the production and consumption of food, fiber and other agricultural products are affected by organizations, public policies, technological innovations and other factors. It is closely related to agricultural policy, resource economics and environmental economics. The analysis of agriculture economics is essential in providing an understanding of the factors that shape the outcomes of the agricultural industry, allowing for better decision-making and policy formulation.
