Nanolithography

Nanolithography is a nanofabrication technique used to produce extremely small patterns and structures with nanometer-scale precision. This technique enables the construction of miniature devices, such as microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) and bio-electronic components that can be used in a variety of areas, including medical diagnostics, mobile electronics, and nanofluidics. Nanolithography is also used in the development of drug delivery systems and optoelectronic devices, and for the study of materials at the nanoscale. Due to its low cost, high resolution, and potential for scalability, nanolithography has become an increasingly attractive option for a range of applications.
