Ethical and Legal Perspectives

on artificial intelligence Artificial Intelligence (AI) is rapidly transforming our world, enabling machines to make decisions that have previously been reserved to humans. The advancement in AI technologies is challenging us to consider its ethical and legal implications. A fundamental question is: Who is responsible for the decisions made by machines? Ethical and legal perspectives on AI are essential for establishing when and to what extent humans are liable for any potential consequences of the decisions made by machines. To regulate the use of AI, policy makers must recognize the ethical and legal frameworks that can guide safe, responsible and fair use of AI. This helps to ensure that AI is used ethically, provides accountability and maintains human rights. Moreover, understanding the ethical and legal implications of AI is important to ensure that AI is well integrated into our societies and economies.
