Rheumatology Vasculitis

Rheumatology Vasculitis is a type of autoimmune disorder that affects the small and medium-sized blood vessels. It is characterized by inflammation of the walls of the vessels, which damages both the vessels and the tissues that are supplied by them. Common symptoms associated with this condition include joint and muscle pain, skin ulcers, fever, fatigue, and anemia. Its diagnosis often involves physical examination, imaging tests, and laboratory tests. Treatment and management involves managing symptoms and controlling the underlying inflammation with corticosteroids and other immunosuppressive drugs. Early diagnosis and effective management is essential to minimize complications.
