Osteopathy

Osteopathy is a system of holistic healthcare that focuses on treating the musculoskeletal system. It is based on the principle that the body’s natural healing processes are enhanced when problems in the skeleton, muscles, ligaments, and connective tissues are identified and treated. Osteopathy helps to restore health and balance to the body by using manipulative techniques to manipulate joints, muscles and the spine. By also taking into account a person’s lifestyle, diet and environment, Osteopathy works to improve posture and reduce pain, tension, stress, and fatigue. Osteopathy has been used for a wide range of conditions such as neck and back pain, joint pain, headaches, and sports injuries.
