Mineral Metabolism

Minerals are essential building blocks of human health and well-being. Mineral metabolism is the process that regulates the absorption and utilization of minerals by the body. The body requires different types and amounts of minerals, such as calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, sodium, and potassium, in order to function properly. Imbalances in mineral metabolism can cause a variety of health issues, including chronic fatigue, digestive problems, and anemia. Proper mineral metabolism is important for a healthy immune system, energy levels, and overall health. Mineral metabolism can be improved through dietary choices, supplementation, and lifestyle changes. Such strategies may lead to better mineral absorption, utilization, and balance, ultimately improving the health of individuals.
