Kinesiology
Kinesiology is the scientific study of human movement and body mechanics. It examines how the body moves in order to gain better understanding of how to improve performance, reduce injury, and maximize overall health. Kinesiology is used to aid in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of physical injuries and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. It can also be used to help athletes improve their performance and physical well-being, as well as to help the elderly and people with disabilities. Kinesiology is an important field of study as it is used to measure, understand, and influence human movement, and provides valuable insight into how to promote health and physical function.
