Forearms
Forearms are the part of the human body connecting the hands to the upper arms. The forearm muscles play important roles in activities such as gripping, pushing and pulling, and in manipulating tools and objects. The two main muscles involved in forearm movements are the flexors and extensors, which facilitate the flexion and extension of the wrist and fingers. The muscles of the forearm also aid in maintaining posture and stability of the arms during movement and activities like lifting. Forearms are essential for everyday activities, sports and recreational activities, manual labor, rehabilitation exercises and more.
