Degenerative Arthropathies

Degenerative arthropathies are a group of medical conditions affecting the joints of the body which includes common ailments such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and gout. These arthropathies cause damage to the cartilage of the joints, which can lead to pain, stiffness, swelling, and reduced mobility. Treatments for degenerative arthropathies vary depending on the severity of the condition and may include medications, exercise and physical therapy, dietary changes, and surgery.
