Forensic Pathology
Forensic pathology is a medical specialty that investigates and identifies the cause of death for individuals whose deaths are deemed unnatural, violent, or suspicious. Forensic pathologists typically perform autopsies and other forensic examinations on bodies in order to uncover the cause and manner of death. This can include analysis of the body, toxicology, and other laboratory studies, as well as determining the scene of the crime. Forensic pathology can be an invaluable tool in criminal investigations, providing scientific evidence to prove or exclude suspects in any criminal cases. It is also used to provide information and support to victims' families and other affected parties.
