Exercise
Exercise is any movement that involves the use of muscles, including walking, running, stretching, and lifting weights. Exercise is important for physical and mental health, as it can help improve strength and endurance, reduce stress, improve mood and sleep quality, and reduce the risk of many chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, and obesity. Regular exercise is recommended by medical professionals and can be done either at a gym, at home, or outdoors. Exercise can be tailored to suit a person's individual needs, abilities, and goals.
