Thermoplastic Polyurethane
Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) is a highly flexible, lightweight and durable material used in many consumer goods. It is resistant to abrasion, oil, and most chemicals, and can withstand temperatures from -50°C to +120°C. TPU is commonly used in the medical and medical device sector, due to its non-toxic and biocompatible properties. It is also very popular for use in footwear, sporting goods, and industrial applications. Its remarkable properties make it ideal for many demanding applications where other materials do not suffice. TPU is also an environment-friendly material, as it is fully recyclable and can be used to replace other materials with greater harmful environmental impacts.
