Alpha Helix

Alpha Helix is a secondary protein structure composed of repeating sequences of amino acids held together by hydrogen bonds. This structure is vital for the structural stability and function of proteins, as it allows them to form more complex shapes and provide stability to the molecule. It is highly conserved among many proteins and its presence is an important feature in protein folding and stability.
