Aims and Scope

 

Journal of ADHD and Care (JAC) aims to provide a platform for researchers and clinicians to present the latest findings on the diagnosis, treatment and care of people with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder(ADHD). The journal seeks to disseminate the newest evidence-based strategies for diagnosis, management and treatment of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder(ADHD). JAC also aims to provide healthcare professionals with a medium to discuss the latest research and management strategies.

 

Diagnosis, assessment and treatment of ADHD: Examining the latest research on ADHD diagnosis, assessment and treatment options, including pharmacological and behavioral therapies.

Pharmacological and behavioral therapies for ADHD: Investigating the effectiveness and safety of different medications and behavioral therapies for ADHD.

Co-occurring mental health conditions and ADHD: Exploring the links between ADHD and other mental health conditions, and how to best treat individuals with both conditions.

Impact of ADHD on academic, occupational and social functioning: Investigating the impact of ADHD on various aspects of life, including school, work and relationships.

Community based interventions for ADHD: Examining the effectiveness of community-based interventions for individuals with ADHD, including support groups and educational programs.

Policy and advocacy related to ADHD: Examining the role of policy and advocacy in addressing the needs of individuals with ADHD.

ADHD in special populations, such as children, adolescents and adults: Investigating the unique challenges faced by different age groups with ADHD, and how best to support them.

Emerging trends and research in the field of ADHD and its care: Keeping abreast of the latest research in the field of ADHD and its care, and how to apply it in practice.

Quality assurance and accreditation in ADHD care: Examining the importance of quality assurance and accreditation in ensuring the best outcomes for individuals with ADHD.

 

The journal also seeks to promote broader awareness about Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder(ADHD) and related conditions by providing an online platform for educational activities, workshops and training events. JAC also seeks to promote collaborations between practitioners and researchers in the field of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder(ADHD).
